Volunteering at Image of Hope Ranch is more than lending a hand. It’s stepping into a place where hearts heal, confidence grows, and hope quietly settles in like sunrise over the pasture. Every volunteer helps create the safe, welcoming, grace-filled environment our participants depend on.

We welcome individuals, families, and groups who feel called to serve with open hearts and willing hands. If you’re looking for a meaningful way to give your time, we’d love for you to join us and experience the joy that unfolds when people show up for one another.

Right now, one of our greatest needs is volunteer mentors. These are caring adults who walk alongside participants, offer encouragement, and help them grow through connection, consistency, and compassion. You don’t need horse experience or a counseling background. You simply need a steady presence, a teachable spirit, and a desire to invest in young people who are learning to trust themselves and others again.

Volunteers serve in many ways based on their interests, skills, and availability. Opportunities include horse and animal care, mentoring support, facility and grounds care, administrative tasks, prayer support, and help with events or special projects. Whether you love working outdoors, encouraging others, or supporting behind the scenes, there is a meaningful place for you at Image of Hope Ranch.
